I’m Jules Camposano. A born-and-raised German farm girl, graduate of world-renowned Central Saint Martin’s College in London, and East to West Coast transplant. I have built a dynamic career spanning companies and agencies both big and small—from the Li & Fung Group to Gap Inc. to L’Oréal. My expertise covers a wide range of disciplines, including experiential marketing, brand strategy, performance marketing, identity and packaging design, and TV.

I thrive at the intersection where conscious, mindful marketing and creativity converge. I am passionate about crafting paradigm-shifting brand strategies and experiences that not only captivate but also create meaningful connections. My approach goes beyond conventional tactics—I tap into the power of collective consciousness, understanding the deep emotional and psychological drivers that influence consumer behavior.

With a belief that Desire Marketing creates Brand Desire, I focus on cultivating authentic, purpose-driven narratives that resonate with audiences on a profound level. By aligning brand identity with human aspirations, I transforms businesses into cultural icons, driving engagement and long-term loyalty. Having witnessed the industry continuously reinvent itself in response to an ever-evolving world, I firmly believe that cultural fluency is the key to brand success. DESIGN DIRECTOR

Madison Hubbard is a highly experienced design & art director working for brands such as Nespresso, Hershey, Bluemercury, Westmore Beauty, Vessel Health, Serrala, and many more. She specializes in brand development, art direction, graphic design, AI, UI/UX, digital illustration, and packaging design. Her background in fine arts, painting, and illustration gives her commercial work a creative twist. Artistically driven, Madison approaches design with balance, structure, and fine art influences. Her goal is to bring brand's ideas to life with vision and precision. She has lead teams of designers and worked on many large campaigns for both retail and digital.

An artist by trade, Madison has been painting and drawing for over two decades. She resides in New York currently but has lived all over the US. When not painting or creating she loves spending time with her dog Sunny and taking walks through the city.
